Dr. Kang grew up in the suburbs of northern Virginia and received her bachelor’s degree in biology at the University of Virginia. During her undergraduate years she had the opportunity to go on a dental mission trip to Jamaica, where she decided to pursue dentistry.

She received her DMD degree from the Henry M. Goldman School of Dentistry at Boston University. After graduating dental school, she moved to NYC to complete a residency in Advanced Education in General Dentistry at Columbia University Irving Medical Center. Her residency training emphasized comprehensive patient care for all patients, including those with medically complex and special needs as well as an emphasis in complex restorative dentistry including prosthodontics, implant and digital dentistry, endodontics, and oral surgery.

She now lives in Boston and in her free time she enjoys traveling, swimming, and is also a foodie so she loves trying new restaurants with family and friends.

We are extremely excited that she will be joining our team here at Nashua Dental Associates in July and happy that our patients will continue to receive the great care they always have.
